March Favourites….

Hello again lovelies.

I hope you are all okay, and didn’t get too “fooled” yesterday. So, now we are in a new month and that means it’s time to share with you the products I have been loving through March. So let’s get started.

The first thing is a handbag Mark bought me for Valentines Day, I didn’t start using it until last month this is firmly in my favourites because it’s so beautiful.

It’s just gorgeous! It’s by the fantastic British brand LYDC, Mark bought it from a super accessories store in our town. It’s a stunning bright coral with cream laser cutout on the front, and as you can see it’s cute little birds in a tree. I love it! If you want to check out LYDC accessories, which happens to be a favourite with a lot of British celebrities, click HERE

My next product just has to be my latest purchase from Makeup Revolution, of course.

It’s the amazing FLAWLESS palette, 32 super pigmented mix of matte and shimmer eyeshadows to create any look you want, from nude/natural daytime looks through to your sexy glamourous dark smoky eye looks. Makeup Revolution have also bought out a Flawless Matte collection palette which is next on my shopping list! You can buy this awesome palette HERE

Another new product that I bought in March and just love is from MUA Makeup Academy, and I really want to get more shades.

It’s the ever so pretty and moisturising Sweet Sheen Lip Balm, I bought the shade Coral Reef and it’s perfect for Spring and Summer. For a lip balm it’s really pigmented and provides gorgeous colour on the lips as well as keeping them very soft. There are 6 shades to choose from, and I rather fancy them all! Take a look at what I mean HERE

These next two products are nearly always in my monthly favourites, I just can’t imagine using anything else right now. The Thea Skincare eye cream is just gorgeous and I’m so happy with the way it’s working on my eye area. I use it every day and night. It provides me with perfect moisturisation that lasts all day, and is a perfect base for makeup.

Also from Thea Skincare is the beautiful Lip Creme. Again I use this day and night. It really does nourish my lips and provides plumpness without all the tingling, which I don’t like from other lip plumpers. All Thea Skincare is made from organic, natural ingredients and you can take a look HERE

That’s about it for my monthly favourites for now, I’ve a few reviews on the way so I hope you will look out for those. And to all of you who celebrate it, HAPPY EASTER!

PLUMP & DEFINE LIP CREME from THEA SKINCARE….

Hello lovelies!

Today I want to share with you another product from the wonderful Thea Skincare, it’s the Plump & Define Lip Creme, and it was sent to me from Thea to review.

IMG_6490

I’ve never used a lip creme before, I’ve used a plumping lip gloss and never liked the sensation on my lips I hate the rampant tingling! There is a tiny amount of tingling with this but it didn’t last too long.

So what’s in the Plump & Define Lip CremeOrganic Aloe Juice to attract and seal in moisture, Organic Jojoba, Coconut and  Olive Oil to nourish and hydrate very dry skin, DMAE a B vitamin proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and also stimulate new cell growth, MSM an organic sulphar which helps to plump up the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Organic Pomegranate Extract helps to soothe and heal those dry sore lips. Hyaluronic Acid retains water helping to keep the skin smooth and supple. Lastly Vitamins C & E, known for their ability to take care of dry and very dry skin, it also has a natural SPF 6.

When I first started to use this, I made sure that I had no loose dry skin flaking on my lips by making my own lip scrub with coconut oil and a little bit of caster sugar! I then applied the lip creme to my lips making sure that I went right over the edges, massaging in well. Afterwards my lips felt so smooth and soft and moisturised, they looked pinker and the top lip which has receded slightly due to aging looked a little bigger! I applied some lipstick over the top and it glided on perfectly, I didn’t get that “diffused” look of the lipstick like I would from using a lip balm, I had full colour.  This is an amazing lip product perfect for this time of year when my lips become more dry from the cold weather and central heating. I keep my lip creme beside me and use it two or three times a day. I always apply some at night before bed, and my lips feel so soft the next morning.

The Plump & define Lip Creme is £11.95 for 15 ml from Thea Skincare HERE

Thank you for reading lovelies
